The New Year is coming and my question to you is are you getting ready for it in every way, now? Meaning, are you getting ready for it spiritually, physically, vocationally, and even financially? What are your goals for this upcoming year? Have you begun writing them down, yet? The reason why I’m asking all of these initial questions is because I want to encourage you to become a greater woman of impact in 2019.

Jesus is coming back, my sister. And when He comes it will be swift and suddenly (Matthew 24:42-44). That’s why today is the day of salvation (see 2 Corinthians 6:2). Jesus also said in John 9:4-5, “We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned to us by the one who sent us. The night is coming and then no one can work.” So, when this age is over, the work on this earth will be complete. So how are you helping others come to know our amazing Lord and Savior Jesus Christ right now? How are you growing in the cultivation and use of the gifts that He has given you so graciously, sis?

For me personally, I want to make a greater difference now and in the new year to come. I am currently about to dive into a book entitled, Multiply: Disciples Making Disciples by Francis Chan. I’m very passionate about evangelism and making disciples. That’s why I can’t wait to dig deeper into this book.

Jesus has commissioned us to do what He told His early disciples in Matthew 28:19-20, “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even unto the end of the age.”

We are those new disciples, sis. And Jesus is calling us to go and make disciples, baptize them in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit (NOTE:you don’t need a seminary degree to baptize someone – we are led by the Holy Spirit today), and teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. Did you see that? Go, make, baptize, teach, obey, and you. Share what has been given to you.

Listen, sis. As you and I share Christ with others and teach them God’s Word without compromise, while proclaiming the Good News to those we encounter and equipping and encouraging our fellow Christian brothers and sisters…THIS is multiplication! I know that was an eyeful, but can you see why I am so eager to dive into that book even deeper and encourage you to become a greater woman of impact in 2019? I’m pumped!

We’ve got to grow individually, my sister. We’ve got to settle down and pray and ask the Lord to lead us by His Spirit to grow personally and for the benefit of others. It’s time to be about the Father’s business. Let’s do it together, sis. Let’s multiply in every way and become women of impact in 2019!

Remember, Jesus is coming back soon! And those who endure unto the end shall be saved. So let’s be ready from the Inside Out!
